1. Consultation
An in-person consultation and wardrobe analysis will be scheduled at the place of your choosing. This initial consultation is important because it will help define your style, needs and expectations while keeping your budget in mind.

There are plenty of design options and products available to choose the look that suits you. As a Master Tailor and Custom Clothier, PJM has the skills and experience to guide you when needed.
2. Measurements
A series of measurements are taken to make sure your end product fits perfectly and comfortably.
The number of measurements taken will depend on the type of work you need done. Custom clothing could require around 25 measurements.
3. Alterations/Production
Many companies have a different person providing the consultation and taking the measurements from the one actually working on your clothing. Since PJM is with you from start to finish, nothing gets lost in translation.
4. Fitting
Once your outfit is complete, a fitting is scheduled at your home or office.

In the case that any further alterations are needed, they will be handled by PJM expeditiously.

All your measurements are kept on file for future purchases and are modified as needed over time.
